- Until 12/29/2020 (inclusive) - customer service on bank transfers via SWIFT system;
- until 12/30/2020 (inclusive) - customer service by fast money transfer (Western Union, MoneyGramm, Zolotaya Korona).
From January 4, 2021, customer service is carried out as usual in all branches of the Bank.
