Bank committees

Investment Committee

The Committee has the authority to make decisions in all areas related to the bank's securities transactions and its purchase of securities and equity participation in the authorized capital of legal entities, the sale of securities and shares owned by the bank within the powers defined by the Bank's Investment Policy.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is an advisory body of the Bank's Board, which nominates candidates for the bank's external auditor, interacts with external auditors and the Bank's Board, receives and reviews audit reports, and reports to the Bank's Board on information received from auditors. 

Risk Control Committee

The main task of the Bank's Risk Control Committee is to monitor the impact of risks on the financial condition of the bank, including credit, currency, interest, market, operations and other risks arising in banking activities, to account for these risks and take measures to prevent them. This committee reports directly to the Banking Council.

Credit Committee

The main task of the Credit Committee is to review and approve the process of issuing new loans and changes in the terms of previously issued loans.

Liquidity Management Committee

The Committee is responsible for coordinating the activities of all divisions of the bank in order to ensure effective liquidity management. The Committee constantly controls and monitors liquidity risk and financing requirements of legal entities, activities, cash flows.
