- 24/7 support (24/7)
- The presence of experienced communication and stress-resistant operators with knowledge of different languages (English, Russian, Turkish and Uzbek)
- Training of operators is organized
- Creating scripts
- The service of organizing cold and hot calls later - if necessary;
- The lowest fluidity of operators;
- Record and save conversations;
- Analysis and data analysis reporting (value transparency);
- Analysis of service quality indicators (mean call duration, CSI customer satisfaction assessment)
- Measures to ensure confidentiality and security of personal data of clients
- Adaptability: service flexibility and readiness for changing requirements (AGILE)
Territorially, the Contact Center must be located in Uzbekistan, and the legal entity must also be registered in Uzbekistan.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 10-00 on December 18, 2024.
